Got something useful to say about SEO, digital tools, or work and productivity? We’d like to hear it.
WorkInsightHub is always open to contributors who can bring real, practical value to our readers — not fluff, not rehashed listicles, but content that actually helps someone solve a problem.
What We’re Looking For
- SEO and digital marketing guides, case studies, or tool breakdowns
- Work and productivity insights based on real experience
- Tool comparisons and reviews that are honest, not promotional
- Original data, personal experiments, or lessons learned from actual work
Our Guidelines
- Articles should be original — not published anywhere else, including your own blog.
- Minimum length: 800 words. We’d rather have something thorough than something padded.
- Write in a clear, conversational tone. Avoid heavy jargon unless you explain it.
- Back up claims with real examples, data, or personal experience where possible.
- One relevant, non-spammy backlink to your site or resource is fine. We reserve the right to remove excessive or irrelevant links.
- No AI-generated filler content. We check for this, and it’s an easy way to get your submission rejected.
How to Submit
- Send us a short pitch first a title and 2-3 sentences on what your article will cover.
- Email your pitch to [rankwithseth@gmail.com] with the subject line “Guest Post Pitch topics”.
- If we like it, we’ll confirm and give you a rough deadline.
- Once approved and published, we’ll share it across our channels.
What You Get
- A byline with a short author bio and one link back to your site or social profile.
- Exposure to our growing readership of people actively searching for practical SEO and work-related guidance.
We read every pitch personally, so please give us a few days to respond. Looking forward to seeing what you’ve got.
